By accessing and placing an order with our bulk ammunition service, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Purchase Requirements

All ammunition purchases must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Buyers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years of age to purchase rifle ammunition. We reserve the right to verify age and identity before processing any order. We do not ship to locations where specific ammunition types are prohibited by law, and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.

Ordering Process

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Due to inventory fluctuations, your order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer substitutions, back-ordering, or a refund for the affected items. Pricing errors may occur occasionally—we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts apply automatically at designated quantity thresholds. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers for bulk orders exceeding $5,000. All orders are subject to tax where applicable by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Due to the nature of our products, all ammunition ships via ground transportation only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Delivery signature may be required for certain order quantities. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Typical delivery timeframes range from 3-10 business days, depending on destination and order volume.

Returns and Refunds

For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original, unopened packaging. All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service department. Defective ammunition claims must be documented with photographs and will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the manufacturer. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Special order or discontinued ammunition is non-returnable.

We sell ammunition for lawful sporting, hunting, and self-defense purposes only. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that shooting sports involve inherent risks. We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of ammunition. Always follow appropriate safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
