How can I place a bulk ammunition order?

You can place bulk ammunition orders directly through our website. Simply select the caliber and quantity you need, add to cart, and complete checkout. For orders exceeding 10,000 rounds, please contact our sales team for special pricing and handling.

Do you have stock notifications for popular calibers?

Yes, we offer restock notifications! If a specific caliber or bullet type is currently out of stock, simply click on the "Notify Me" button on the product page. You'll receive an email as soon as the item becomes available again.

How should I store my ammunition?

For optimal longevity, store your ammunition in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes. We recommend using ammo cans with rubber seals or purpose-made storage containers with desiccant packets to prevent moisture damage.

What calibers do you offer in bulk quantities?

We offer bulk pricing on all popular handgun and rifle calibers, including 9mm, .223/5.56, .45 ACP, .308, 7.62x39, .40 S&W, and many more. Each caliber has different quantity breakpoints where additional discounts are applied.

How do I use a discount code on bulk orders?

To apply a discount code to your bulk ammunition order, enter the code in the designated field during checkout. Please note that some promotional codes cannot be combined with existing bulk discounts. Contact customer service if you have questions about specific promotions.

How often do you restock popular ammunition?

We typically restock our most popular calibers weekly, with larger shipments arriving monthly. Market conditions may affect availability of certain calibers. Sign up for our newsletter or enable stock notifications to stay informed about inventory updates.

Where are your bullets manufactured?

We source our ammunition from reputable manufacturers across the United States and Europe. All products meet or exceed SAAMI or CIP standards for quality and safety. Each product listing specifies the manufacturer and country of origin for complete transparency.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return unopened ammunition boxes?

Due to federal regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged ammunition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Special order or custom loaded ammunition is non-returnable. All returns require pre-approval from our customer service department.

How do I request a return shipping label?

For eligible ammunition returns, contact our customer service team with your order number to request a return authorization. Due to hazardous materials shipping regulations, we must provide specific return shipping instructions and appropriate ORM-D/Limited Quantity labels.

What if I receive defective ammunition?

If you receive damaged or defective ammunition, please document the issue with photos and contact us immediately. Do not attempt to fire suspected defective ammunition. We'll work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly and arrange for safe return or replacement.

Shipping

Do you ship ammunition internationally?

Due to varying international regulations regarding ammunition imports, we currently only ship within the continental United States. We cannot ship ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Some states and municipalities have additional restrictions - please check your local laws before ordering.

What happens if my ammunition shipment is lost?

All ammunition shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. For packages showing as lost in transit, we'll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the situation promptly.

How quickly will my ammunition order ship?

In-stock orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship within 1-2 business days. Bulk orders over 5,000 rounds may require additional processing time. All ammunition ships via ground transportation due to federal regulations, with transit times typically ranging from 3-7 business days depending on your location.
